How do I know if I need a repair or a full roof replacement?
A localized leak, damaged flashing or a few missing shingles can often be repaired. Widespread wear, repeated leaks or damage across several slopes usually points to replacement. We inspect the roof and tell you which one fits. See our roof repair and roof replacement pages.
What roofing materials do you install?
We specialize in metal, copper and composite shake roofing, and we also install new construction roofs. For flat and low slope roofs we work with EPDM, TPO and modified bitumen, and we apply silicone coatings. See metal roofing and flat roofing.
Do you handle storm damage and insurance claims?
Yes, we offer insurance claim help for roof and exterior damage. We can inspect the damage and document what we find so you have it when you talk with your insurer. Details are on our insurance claim help page.
Do you repair chimney flashing?
Yes. Chimney flashing is a common leak point where the roof meets the masonry, and we repair and replace it as part of roof repair. One customer had us replace their roof and gutters and fix their chimney in the same project.
Do you install gutters and gutter guards?
We repair and install seamless gutters and box gutters, and we install gutter guards. Gutter work is often paired with roof or fascia work. See gutters and downspouts.
Do you offer roof inspections?
Yes. An inspection looks for damaged shingles, failing flashing, worn seals and other problems, so you can decide between repair and replacement with clear information.
Do you install siding?
We install and repair siding, and we are partners with James Hardie for fiber cement products. Siding work often goes together with new gutters, trim and roof sections. See siding.
How long does a typical asphalt shingle roof last here?
Asphalt shingle roofs commonly last roughly 20 to 30 years, depending on materials, ventilation and installation. Ohio winters, freeze and thaw cycles and summer heat all wear on a roof, so age alone is not the only factor. An inspection will show what shape yours is in.

Do you install skylights?
Yes, we install skylights as part of our roofing work. Because a skylight cuts into the roof, it needs proper flashing and sealing. See skylights.
