Flat and Low Slope Roofing
We install and coat flat and low slope roofs on homes in Fairfield, Hamilton, West Chester and the Cincinnati area.
A flat or low slope roof sheds water slowly, so small problems show up fast. Ponding water, open seams, cracked flashing and soft spots in the deck are the usual signs. On older homes around Cincinnati, a flat section over a porch, addition or rear of the house is often where a ceiling stain starts. We install EPDM, TPO and modified bitumen (torch down) systems, and we apply silicone roof coating where an existing roof can be coated instead of replaced. We also handle general low slope roofing work. When we look at your roof, we check the deck, the seams, the edges and every penetration, then explain which system fits the roof and why. If we find rotted decking or damaged flashing once the old material is off, we show you and tell you what it takes to fix it before we close it up. You get a clear quote first. Call or send us a text and we will set up a time to look at the roof.

Common questions
Which flat roof system is right for my house?
It depends on the roof's size, condition, drainage and what is around it. We look at the roof in person and explain whether EPDM, TPO or modified bitumen makes the most sense.
Can my flat roof be coated instead of replaced?
Sometimes. If the existing roof is still sound and the deck is dry, a silicone coating can be an option. If the material is saturated or failing, replacement is the better call, and we will tell you which one applies.
Do you work on low slope sections of a pitched roof?
Yes. Many homes have a low slope section over a porch or addition, and we repair or replace those along with the rest of the roof.
