Roof Repair
We find where your roof is letting water in and fix it, including chimney flashing and damaged sections.
Most roof leaks start small: a cracked seal around the chimney, lifted flashing, a few damaged shingles. Water travels along the decking before it shows up on a ceiling, so the stain inside is rarely right under the problem outside. We start with a roof inspection to trace the leak to its source. Chimney flashing is one of the most common trouble spots we see, because the joint between brick and roof moves with the seasons. We repair what is actually failing and tell you if something larger is developing. One customer told us we looked at her roof and repaired it all within a week of her calling. We do not promise that timing for every job, but we do move quickly when water is getting in. If a repair would only buy a short time, we will say so and talk through replacement.

Common questions
What does a roof inspection cover?
We check the roof surface, flashing, chimney, and the areas where water most often gets in. You get an honest read on whether you need a repair or more.
Can you fix a leaking chimney?
Yes. Chimney flashing is a common source of leaks, and we repair and replace it.
Should I repair or replace?
If the damage is limited, a repair is usually enough. If the roof is worn throughout, we will explain why replacement may be the better choice.
